WHO WE ARE

The “Engenho Centra” Cultural Institute” is an non-profit entity founded in 2005 that has as some of its goals the preservation of historic patrimony and the promotion of culture through the creation of the Sugar Cane Museum on Engenho Central (Old Mill) farm in the city of Sertãozinho/Pontal.

In 2006, the complex was donated by th Biagi Family to the “Engenho Central Cultural Institute”, institution founded with the objective of taking forward the Museum’s implementation Project, which now has become reality.
